If you bought your product directly , and you are not satisfied with your purchase within the conditions described in the above Money Back Guarantee, you can return it following the below procedure.   1. Request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number by contacting\u00a0GoPro Customer Support. You must have an RMA # before you return a package. Packages without an RMA # will not be accepted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Safely package products along with a printed copy of the RMA form that was emailed to you.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Write the RMA number on the outside of the box.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. When you drop the item off for shipping, please be sure to get a receipt. Keep this handy until the return is processed.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. To be eligible for a full refund, your return must be dropped off at the carrier within seven\u00a0days of requesting an RMA. Late returns will not be accommodated.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
