Are Taxes and Duties Included in my order total?
= Duties, taxes, and carrier surcharges (“Landed Costs”) are included in your total. You will see them as a separate line item in the checkout process. The carrier will collect no duties, taxes, or carrier surcharges on or before delivery. Just so you know, if you return the order after delivery, Landed Costs will not be refunded.
Will I be responsible for import duty, VAT (Value-Added Tax), or other taxes outside of the US?
Look at the chart above to determine whether or not VAT is included in the item price for your country.
The column ‘Are Taxes and Duties Included in my order total?’ shows if Taxes and Duties are included with your order. These are included in the total, or you will see a separate ‘landed cost’ line item in the cart/checkout. In both cases, duties, taxes, and carrier surcharges (“Landed Costs”) are included in your total. The carrier will collect no duties, taxes, or carrier surcharges on or before delivery.
For countries where we show ‘Yes – Landed cost,‘ you will seea separate line item in the cart/checkout that indicates what taxes, duties, or surcharges are being charged to you. In these cases, you, the customer, are the importer or record; therefore, you must pre-pay all taxes, duties, and surcharges. So that you know, Landed Costs are non-refundable after import. If you return an order after import, Landed Costs will not be refunded.
In addition, your bank or credit card issuer may charge you foreign conversion charges, which may increase the overall cost of your purchase. Please contact your bank or credit card issuer regarding these fees.
I am an international buyer. Will you mark my package as a gift so that I can avoid duty/VAT/import costs in my country?
We are sorry, but we cannot mark your package as a gift because doing so is unlawful and could jeopardize GoPro’s ability to continue exporting products.
Can I ship my order to a PO Box (US or International)?
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
Does GoPro ship to APO / FPO addresses?
We are sorry, but cannot ship new sales orders to APO / FOP addresses.
How will I know when my order ships & can I track my package online?
As soon as our warehouse ships your order, we will email you to let you know your package is en route. This email will include a link to track delivery with UPS.
How long will it take for my package to arrive?
The time it takes to receive your order depends on the Shipping Method you choose during checkout and the time of day you place your order. Please look at the table below for estimated delivery windows & shipping options. Time estimates assume orders are placed before 9:30 am PST or 12:00 pm-CET in the EMEA shipping zone on business days (M-F, nonholidays.)
- UPS 2-Day, two business days
- EMEA Zone Express Shipping, 1-3 business days
- UPS Standard Overnight, next business day delivery
- UPS Worldwide Expedited, 3-10 business days (varies by country)
